Comprehensive Services for Residential Customers

We’ve designed our Cool Club to be among the most comprehensive maintenance programs in the industry to ensure your home stays safe and comfortable year round . Our annual contract includes regularly scheduled maintenance visits throughout the year.

We will perform a Spring Air Conditioner tune-up, followed by a heater tune-up in the fall, and a visual plumbing and electrical, inspection scheduled at your convenience. There’s no need to remember anything, we keep track of it all and notify you in advance when it’s time to schedule our next visit.

                    As a Club Member, you are guaranteed:

  • Appointments in 24 hours 
  • 2 complimentary preventative maintenance visits 
  • 15% discount on IAQ products 
  • 15% discount on repairs 
  • 69$ service fee 
  • ALL membership fees are accrued and applied towards

the purchase of a new “complete system” when that time comes* 

 

*Funds are eligible to use towards HVAC system replacement. Any lapse in membership forfeits accrued funds. Multi-system cool club members will receive percentage paid per system. 

AC Inspection

• Verify refrigerant levels/pressure
• Rinse the condenser coil with water
• Check compressor amp draw
• Check condenser fan motor amp draw
• Lubricate condenser fan motor (if applicable)
• Clean the electrical compartment
• Check/clean contactor
• Inspect all run/dual capacitor
• Check the start relay and capacitor
• Flush drain line if QuickBlast valve present
• Check low and high-pressure switches
• Check/change customer-supplied filter
• Check condition of the thermostat wire
• Check the blower motor
• Check drain pans
• Check all electrical connections
• Check service valves and caps
• Check the safety float switch
• Check the evaporator coil
• Examine duct work
• Check the operation of the thermostat
• Inspect IAQ products (if applicable)

Heating Inspection

• Check the heat exchanger
• Check combustion motor operation
• Check flue pipe clearance from combustibles
• Check gas valve operation
• Adjust gas pressure, if necessary
• Check the operation of safety switches
• Check the blower motor
• Check/clean the flame sensor
• Check the humidifier (if applicable)
• Check/change customer-supplied filter
• Check electrical connections
• Test the ignition system
• Inspect gas piping
• Check for burnt wires and overheating
• Flush furnace condensate lines (if applicable)
• Check defrost cycle if a heat pump
• Examine duct work
• Check the operation of the thermostat
• Inspect IAQ products (if applicable

Plumbing Inspection

 

• Whole home water pressure check
• Check all faucets & valves
• Check for gas at meter
• Water quality test for harmful chemicals
• Check whole home shut-off valve
• Check crawl space
• Camera inspection of sewer drain (w/ accessible cleanouts)

 

 

• Check for leaks & usage at water meter
• Assess water heater
• Check for corrosion
• Look for any signs of water leaking
• Inspect double-checks
• Check hot & cold water at each faucet
• Check clean-outs

Electrical Inspection

• Identify potential electrical hazards
• Ensure everything is up to current codes
• Verify connections are tight in panel
• Test trip speed of all GFCI outlets

• Check for backstabbed receptacles
• Check condition of smoke/CO detectors
• Inspect for any burn marks or corrosion
